LiNbO3 MIOC Multi-function Integrated Optic Chip(Y-Waveguide)
LiNbO3 Multi-function Integrated Optic Chip (LiNbO3 MIOC) uses microelectronic technology to fabricate waveguides and electrodes on optical grade lithium niobate chips. Input and output optical fibers are precisely and obliquely coupled with waveguides. The chip is packaged in a gold-plated removable shell, and the device can realize functions such as polarization starting / checking, beam splitting / combining, phase modulation, etc.
The MIOC adopts integral tube seat and parallel seal welding upper cover to provide better reliability.
